Installation Instructions
  1. Click the Download button for your operating system above.
  2. Windows: Run the downloaded .exe file as Administrator. Click "Yes" if prompted by User Account Control.
  3. Mac: Open the .pkg file and follow the installer prompts. You may need to allow it in System Settings > Privacy.
  4. Linux: Install with sudo dpkg -i bbn-agent-setup.deb
  5. The agent runs silently in the background. No further action is needed — our support team will be able to assist you remotely when needed.

The agent uses encrypted connections and only allows access to authorised BBN Digital support staff.
