What's not included (honest disclosure)
Things you'll pay for that aren't BBN:
- Odoo 19 Community — free (GPLv3). We don't charge for the platform; we charge for our modules on top.
- Meta conversation fees — WhatsApp messaging has per-conversation fees from Meta ($0.05-0.15 typical). Pays Meta, not us.
- Hosting — if you self-host, your own VPS / colo / hardware costs. SaaS plans include hosting.
- SSL certificate — Let's Encrypt is free; include if you want a paid EV certificate.
- RMM licences — Tactical RMM is free; Atera has its own pricing. We integrate with what you have.
- STP DSP submission — ATO lodgement goes through a registered DSP (typically your accountant or a payroll bureau). We produce the structured data; they submit it.
